We love listening, facilitating, and making links. Stories of place sit at the heart of our approach. Whether helping a team articulate their vision or offering a critical friend perspective, we help to bring together the connections, ambitions, and values that underpin each project. This collaborative process ensures that the final work is grounded, meaningful, and strategically aligned.
Much of our consultation work centres on supporting organisations applying to the National Lottery Heritage Fund. We have provided guidance across a range of applications, from early-stage development support to writing interpretation and activity plans for capital redevelopment.
Our role adapts to each client’s needs - sometimes offering a gentle steer, and other times stepping in as trusted partners to craft narrative, structure, or content. Our contribution is often in the details: helping clarify a project’s purpose, strengthening a story of change, or identifying opportunities that unlock a stronger, more cohesive argument.
We have been invited to share our work and methods in a range of settings, for example: contributing to QUB Planning and Arts Management; speaking publicly in institutions like Tate Modern; facilitating place based conversations with senior management and with younger people. If you think we can bring something interesting to your work, please get in touch.
